Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing, registering with, or using any service on 1600, you fully agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
These Terms apply only to adults. Anyone under the legal age in Bangladesh is prohibited from using this platform. By registering, you confirm you meet the required age and that use of this service complies with your country’s laws.
1600 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Identity Verification
Each person is allowed to create only one account on the 1600 platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up-to-date. Identity verification using a national ID or passport is required before withdrawals.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately. 1600 will never ask for passwords via phone or email.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
- Fraud or cheating by violating platform rules is prohibited.
- Use of automated software or bots to gain advantages is not permitted.
- Attempting withdrawal without meeting bonus conditions may lead to account suspension.
- Money laundering or suspicious transactions are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 1600 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via local mobile banking methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by method.
Account verification is mandatory for withdrawals. Withdrawal processing may take 1–24 hours. Withdrawals will be blocked if bonus rollover conditions are unmet. For security, deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method.
Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to support within 30 days. Disputes raised afterward may not be considered. The platform authority’s decision is final.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
1600 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Registering with false information.
- Creating multiple accounts.
- Misuse or manipulation of the bonus system.
- Conducting suspicious or abnormal transactions.
- Attempting to hack or manipulate platform software.
- Harassing other users or behaving inappropriately.
If an account is closed, the decision to return any eligible balance will depend on the circumstances. Balances may be forfeited if closure is due to fraud.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1600 may modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms as needed. We will try to provide advance notice of significant changes when possible, but it is not mandatory. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
